Between 17th June and 30th August 2019, Glasgow is one of the host cities for Oor Wullie’s BIG Bucket Trail. The trail aims to raise awareness and funds for Scotland’s children’s hospitals, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity, and the ARCHIE Foundation. You can find out more on the Oor Wullie’s BIG Bucket Trail website.
There are 58 Wullie’s to collect, although you’ll need to venture a wee bit further outside of Glasgow to get them all. This west end running route is just over 10k and if you keep your eyes open you’ll find 14 of them. The route follows a loop so pick your starting point and keep an eye out at these places:
- Botanic Gardens

- University Avenue/Kelvin Way
- Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum
- Riverside Museum
- Science Centre
